By using EarthLynx (TotallyNotATierritaBot), you agree to these terms (even if you don’t read them). But hey, at least we don’t sell your data like other apps!

2. General Use

Made for fun, chaos, and light moderation.
Do not use it to destroy servers or annoy Jevil.
If you abuse the bot, you may get muted. Fair enough.

3. Privacy

This bot doesn’t store sensitive info. Only basic data like your ID or username for commands. Chill, your secrets are safe (we think).

4. Updates

The bot gets updated when the creator has time... or is bored. Features may change or break without warning. Embrace the chaos.

5. Intellectual Property

Characters like Jevil, Spamton, or anything from Deltarune/Undertale are not ours. Credit goes to Toby Fox. This is just a fan-made project full of memes and love.

📜 Privacy Policy (Moderation Data)

This bot stores basic moderation data, such as the number of warnings and active mutes for each user.

These records are only visible to server moderators and are used to help maintain order and fairness in the server.

No sensitive personal information is collected, and no data is shared outside the server.

By using the bot, you agree that moderation actions may be logged to improve moderation efficiency and accountability.
